چکیده
The aim of this study is to reveal the morphometry mental nerve describe a safe zone for minimizing damage during transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy-vestibular approach (TOETVA). This was performed on 12 cadavers. Localization foramen according teeth, distances buccogingival sulcus-lip (BG-L), foramen-midline (MF-Midline), - sulcus (MF BG), commissure branching point (Cm Br), vertical projection lower lip (Br LVP), (LVP Cm), midline midline), angles (AM), angular (AA) and labial branches (AL) patterns were recorded. Type 1 mostly found as pattern in (45.8 %). A new (type 9) one cadaver. Mental located at level second premolar teeth. According morphometric results study; supero- lateral course branch infero-medial after exiting described zones surgery preserving its branches.

In an attempt to diminish the intensity of vertigo, this study was designed to reduce the imbalance between the vestibular system on the two sides. By rotating the subjects with a string-activated rotating chair in opposite direction of the dominant side, the dominant side would be inhibited and simultaneously the subordinate ide would be stimulated. Eight patients with vestibular vertigo c...
متن کاملTransoral endoscopic thyroidectomy via the trivestibular route
We recently experienced a case of transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy via the trivestibular approach. We identified and preserved all neighboring critical structures during surgery. The patient was discharged on postoperative day 3. There were no complications in thyroid function, vocal cord function, or lower lip sense. Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy via a trivestibular approach provides a ...
متن کاملa frame semantic approach to the study of translating cultural scripts in salingers franny and zooey
the frame semantic theory is a nascent approach in the area of translation studies which goes beyond the linguistic barriers and helps us to incorporate cognitive and cultural factors to the study of translation. based on rojos analytical model (2002b), which centered in the frames or knowledge structures activated in the text, the present research explores the various translation problems that...
15 صفحه اولVestibular neuritis spares the inferior division of the vestibular nerve.
Acute unilateral vestibulopathy, or vestibular neuritis, is the second most common cause of vertigo. To quantify the involvement of the different semicircular canal (SCC) afferents in this disease, we studied the three-dimensional (3D) properties of the vestibuloocular reflex (VOR) in 16 patients 3-10 days after onset of symptoms. Using 3D magnetic search coil eye movement recordings, we measur...
